Indian fashion was never designed for us.
For decades, our clothes were made for bodies that don't look like ours. Different heights. Different proportions. Different frames. We just kept altering. Gidori is clothing designed from the ground up for Indian women. 4'8" to 5'3". Finally.
Why Gidori is different
-
We start with your height
Every piece is designed for heights 4'8" to 5'3" from the first sketch. Not adjusted after. Not hemmed. Designed.
-
We make in small batches
Limited pieces per drop. No mass production. Every piece is made with intention. Once a batch is gone, the next drop is announced on Instagram.
-
We design for Indian proportions
Indian women have different waist-to-hip ratios, different torso lengths, different frames. We design for that reality, not a Western template.
Find your size
Two size bands. Because petite is not one size.
Band A — 4'8" to 4'11"
Band B — 5'0" to 5'3"
Within each band, sizes XS to XL based on your measurements.
Not sure which band is yours? Check the size guide.
Why Gidori exists
I am 4'11". I spent my whole life telling people I am 5. Only until I accepted myself.
I have spent my whole life in fitting rooms that were not built for me. Folding hems. Returning clothes that fit my waist but swam everywhere else. Wearing "petite" sizes that were just regular sizes with a different tag.
The clothes were always made for someone else. A taller woman. A different frame. A body that looked nothing like mine or most Indian women I know.
Gidori exists because that needs to stop.

High Waist vs Mid Rise — What Actually Works on...
Not all "high waist" trousers are built the same. The difference between one that flatters and one that fights your body comes down to a detail most brands skip entirely.
